Dennis De Munck è Direttore dello Sviluppo del Reclutamento Internazionale di L'OREAL presso l'Head Quarter di Parigi.

Nato nelle Olande, Dennis ha alle spalle più di 20 anni di esperienza nella consulenza, executive seaerch e come manager per funzioni HR all'interno del settore FMGC.

La sua expertise s'è plasmata nel tempo lavorando in paesi sviluppati come UK, Germania, Olanda e Francia, con mandati e missions n tutta l'europa, e grazie al conseguimento di un MBA presso la School of Management dell'Università Bocconi nel 1999/2000 guadagnando esperienza nel campo del recruitment, employer branding e talent management.

In passato, ha lavorao per Deloitte come Internal Auditor per più di 3 anni. 

Oggi, si occupa di migliorare i metodi di reclutamento a livello internazionale di L'OREAL in oltre 70 paesi.

Sembrava lontano questo momento. Dai lancio della community di Employer Branding Revolution di tempo ne è effettivamente passato. La mission quella recitata dalla tagline "Employer Branding is on!" rimasta sempre la stessa intrisa e colma come non mai di energia, di positività e di vigoria. Parimenti un messaggio volto a far stimolare la creatività, la motivazione e la voglia di passare all'azione con tanto di maniche rialzate e senza l'atteggiamento pettinato di chi ha solo voglia di trovare un modo per non sporcarsi le mani.

I più grandi e i migliori specialisti dell'employer branding non aspettavano altro. Si sono uniti. Hanno partecipato. Hanno dato l'assenso ad un processo di crescita che il sistema necessitava. S'è deciso di comune accordo di sposare la causa per arrivare più lontano e toccare nuovi traguardi nobilitando il proprio mestiere elevandolo e arricchendolo. Dando dimostrazione finanche che chi prende le decisioni deve per forza di cose tener conto di questa priorità  nella propria agenda.

Da utopia a realtà. Dicesi pragmatismo. Dicesi prendersi le responsabilità. Dicesi Crederci. Dicesi rispettare sé stessi, le proprie idee e il proprio mestiere. 

So, eccoci qua a parlare della concretizzazione in fatti di tutto ciò. Employer Branding Revolution LIVE TOUR! ...Il primo workshop internazionale itinerante che prende luogo in incredibili location quali Londra, New York, San Francisco, Francoforte, Parigi, Stoccolma e cosi via, è ufficialmente arrivato!!  Prima tappa, Milano! Italia!

Il 4 e 5 Dicembre i più energetici, i più motivati e i migliori specialisti dell'employer branding di stampo internazionale si incontrano per una due giorni senza precedenti sui temi dell'employer branding. Ovvero, le strategie di marketing e comunicazione pensate per migliorare l'immagine aziendale come luogo di lavoro.

Chiaramente trattandosi di Workshop, va da sé che non è una Conferenza. Le conferenze sono robe un pò antiche, a dirla tutta. Poi in quelle che si vedono solitamente in giro vengono fatti interventi giusto per e gli invitati sono nella maggior parte clienti della società che organizza l'evento. In altre parole, Fatte tanto per essere fatte o per vendere. In Italia ahiloro è un pò così. In alcuni casi vengono presentati sedicenti esperti di employer branding mondiali vendendoli come guru quando poi nello scenario internazionale questi non contano o sono scoosciuti ai più nonostante arrivino persino a dichiararsi leader provenendo poi da paesi diversi dagli Stati Uniti e UK che si sa guidano un pò le fila. Altrettanto va da sé che non è un corso di formazione. Non vogliamo essere pesanti e pedanti. Di conseguenza siamo in quella terra di mezzo dove si da di più ma non ci si erge a formatori ma bensì a lavoratori della conoscenza.

Noi siamo andati oltre. L'obiettivo settatto è semplicemente quello di dare la possibilità a chi vi partecipa ma anche a chi vi parla di migliorarsi. Migliorarsi in termini di knowledge, competenze e approccio al tema. Senza l'arroganza o l'ardire di imporre modi di intendere. Ma con la voglia di condividere, collaborare e raccontarsi storie di successo, annedoti e situazioni che rimangono nella mente e aiutano a focalizzare la propria attenzione una volta che si ritorna in ufficio per riprendere a macinare lavoro e progetti a riguardo.

Abbiamo fatto una selezione pazzesca. Abbiamo selezionato i numeri 1 da tutti i punti di vista per garantire un livello di eccellenza vario, fresco e innovativo. Marco Camisani Calzolari, aged 43, has been involved in the internet sector for 16 years, as an entrepreneur, as an academic studying communication phenomena, advisor and as a writer. 

He has founded several companies in Italy and abroad, both in B2B and B2C areas.

Teaching Professor at Milan IULM university, he teaches the course on Corporate Communication and Digital Languages in the Communication [LINK], PR and Advertising Faculty. He taught Digital Marketing and Communication techniques at the Università Statale di Milano until 2010.

Piotr Langer is Head of Group Employer Branding for UNICREDIT with global responsibility for developing and improving employer branding methods across the well known banking group. Working across 23 countries,  He develops advisory also at Unimanagement ( UGC Leadership Development Center) as well as he is involved in co-managing the Global Gender Diversity Program.

Born in the Netherlands, Dennis he has close to 20 years experience in consulting, executive search and operational as 
well as corporate HR functions mainly within the FMCG sector.
