Diego Marini - Employer Branding Revolution -

Mr. Diego Marini is currently in charge of managing HR, Recruiting & Employer Branding Projects both for Corporate Functions and Branches at BNL - BNP Paribas Group.

He joined BNL BNP Paribas in 2012, after about 7 years of experience in Management Consulting where he followed strategic projects with a focus on HR&Organization, Talent Management&Acquisition, Sales&Marketing at primary international clients operating in Financial Services and Consumer Goods industries.

Mr. Marini holds a Master’s Degree in International Management from LUISS Guido Carli University, Italy, loves international and dynamic environments, team-working, complex projects and, most of all, creativity.

When he has free time he likes to play kick boxing&gym, travel, drink great wine and have fun with his friends!

His core specialties are Talent Management & Acquisition, Training Strategy, Employer Branding, Business Strategy, Workforce Planning, Project management,  Innovation, Business Process Reengineering, Organization Development, Sales & Marketing.

Notwithstanding Employer Branding Revolution LIVE TOUR Milan has gone only a few weeks ago, we continue to involve people who have joined our 2 days Milan event. This time, we decided to hear from an attendee.

In particular, she is originally from Rumenia. She is from Unicredit Bank. Her name is Sabina Tomescu and she is here to tell us about her Employer Branding Revolution Experience!

D: Hi there, Sabina, first of all, thanks for your precious time and thanks for deciding to join us! So, just tell us little bit about you as well as tell us about the Employer Branding Revolution Experience you had in Milan!

S: Ok! Presently I work as a HR Employer Branding Consultant for UniManagement, the leadership development center of UniCredit based in Turin. 

I have 3 years of experience in HR, mainly in the field Recruitment and EB. In my current position I am responsable for maintaining relations with the best universities and students associations in Italy and Europe, by participating in various Italian and international recruitment events. 

I am also involved in running workshops for students and recruitment for UniCredit Master and TalentManagement programs

In respect to My personal Employer Branding Revolution LIVE TOUR! Experience, what I simply can say is that for a young professional in the field of Employer Branding and Recruitment it has been a really good opportunity to meet and confront myself with international experts in the field, that gave me some interesting insights on how to boost Employer Branding activities. 

I`m excited to be part of this Employer Branding community, where I know I can find answers regarding topics of interest and practical hands on experience from the Employer Branding Revolution members. Good job!

Employer Branding Workshop

It's now time to plan my trip to Milan, guys. Employer Branding Revolution LIVE TOUR! is coming. It's just around the corner. Only a few days left and we'll be one!

My today's writing is to officially say thanks to LUIS GALLARDO, the Author of Brands & Rousers. He will be our special Moderator in occasion of Day 2 "How to communicate an effective employer brand in the digital era! .

Yerstday evening I attended his presentation here in London at Instituto Cerventas - Spanish Chamber of Commerce  where he officially launche his new book. It has been an amazing experience. I met lots of interesting, funny and positive people. Great opportunites of networking too. Which is not bad. And last but not least, we have enjoyed fantastic spanish foods accompanied by an incredible rose wine. I did appreciate  organization of this event. Location was very amazing too. All great, how to say.

But at some point after loughing and jokling for all evening long, Luis said to me: Davide, don't forget we have to give copies of my book to companies registered to your Milan event! 

sure Luis!! We do that! 

So here we go and here they are!  Did you see them on top of this post? They are 10. 10 Brands & Rousers copies ready and happy to fly to Milan, Italy and to be given as a gift for free to all those companies have positively decided to run our contest about Luis book launched here from this blog and through Twitter and Linkedin!

It's a very amazing and lovely day in London. The sun is shining. It seems to be like in the summer. Finally, We are enjoying the sun after several weeks of rain. We deserve this stuff. We have to say, It's very rare! But of course sometimes it happens. Sometime we can say that we are lucky. For your information, Olimpics are coming here in London, also.  Did you know that?Unfortunately, We will not take part of the games. But we can guarantee that we are seriously pushing to transform Employer Branding in a brand new discipline for the next time. There's a big need related to it. Joking, of course. :)

Avevamo promesso che saremmo ritornati presto a postare in Italiano. Ed eccoci qua. Detto fatto. Pronti per proporre altro contenuto interessante, valido e fresco. Sì perchè questa volta atterriamo su livelli ancora più complicati rispetto al normale e alle classiche considerzioni. A caratterizzare il body di questo nuovo nostro blog post è qualcosa di veramente minuzioso e dettagliato. Si tratta di temi abbastanza noti quali quello dell' employer branding e del personal branding ma in particolare del loro rtirovarsi nella stessa carrozza all'interno dello stesso treno come si dice. In questo caso incredibilmente si ritrovano nelle stesse acque e nello stesso momento.

Di recente su eFinancial Careers, portale numero 1 per quello che concerne la carriera nella finanza in Italia, è stato pubblicato un interessante articolo firmato da Davide Scialpi. Il popolare job board ha chiesto all'esperto di Employer Branding, Personal Branding e Branding Aziendale Internazionale di spiegare COME PROTEGGERE IL PROPRIO BRAND PERSONALE NEL MOMENTO DEL CONGEDO DA UN ORGANIZZAZIONE.
