Hi there, Revolutionaries! 

This post is to tell you that we recently organized an Educational Course about Employer Branding. It was named "The Employer Brand Experience!" and It was totally sold out!

La sessione formativa si intitola THE EMPLOYER BRAND EXPERIENCE - HOW TO BUILD A WINNING EMPLOYER BRAND STRATEGY e in occasione del DAY2 prevede per tutti i partecipanti che vi si iscrivono un paio di ore di formazione esperenziale pratica per migliorare anche le proprie capacità di public speaking. Employer Branding Book - Linkedin

Linkedin has recently created and launched a guide about how to build a highly social Employer Brand. I found this book very powerful, useful and absolutely helpful. And the most incredible thing is that it can be downloaded for free!! And I say that again for free!!! I wanted to share with you this Linkedin initiative. 

It could be a good way to get more about employer branding for all those are daily involved about these themes and frontiers for their own job and for all those are interested in going further about it.

In particular, I would highly recommend and suggest that to:

Marcello Albergoni, Country Manager di Linkedin, il social network professionale numero 1 al mondo, ci parlerà delle dinamiche italiane e di come fare oggi employer branding sul sito che ha rivoluzionato il mondo di fare recruiting online.

Riccardo Caserini, da Linkedin Italia. 

Impredibile perchè difficilmente una cosa del genere può ricapitare a ben vedere sul territorio italiano a stretto giro. Da sempre in Italia, infatti, i Workshop e le Conferenze si sono caratterizzate per interventi clientelari di Manager di Aziende Sussidiarie Italiane. Che in alcuni casi, diciamo la verità, non sono nemmeno pronti sul che cosadire. Un film già visto ?  Un attività sportiva ?  Siamo non lontani da lì.  Il nulla in termini di contenuto. Momenti noiosi e stucchevoli. Anche perchè il mondo va a 4000 all'ora e costoro ce lo disegnano a 200.

Così come film già visto è il proporci in maniera ripetuta pseudo esperti di employer branding che il mondo in terra non si fila e arrivanti da continenti lontani dal mondo e dal main stream che conta vendendoceli come messia travisando in maniera incredibile la realtà. Dicesi adulterazione la verità.

Per non parlare di coloro i quali si definiscono massime autorità nel campo dell'employer branding. Questi altro non fanno che copiare il lavoro degli altri traducendo articoli americani e spacciandoli per loro perché privi di idee e perchè vogliosi di comparire. In alcuni casi, si auto attribuiscono premi stabiliti a tavolino con provider sconosciuti ai più e anche a loro stessi ergendosi addirittura a diffusori della cultura dell'employer branding in Italia. Qui andiamo veramente sul patetico.

Non è un caso che si sia deciso di coinvolgere aziende come Universum e Linkedin che sono giganti in questo senso e che dettano legge a livello di mercato nel campo e chiaramente le aziende più avanti nell'implementarlo com UNICREDIT, L'OREAL e THE BOSTON CONSULTING GROUP.
